Cancellation

The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 21 days before arrival.

Non show

The guests will be charged the total price in case of non show.

Prepayment

Deposit by bank or by credit card.

Internet

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.
All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 15 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 25 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site (on request).

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. (Small size and not noisy)
